VersaLock 50 mm Dovetail Modular Jaws

These versatile Modular jaws feature dovetail profiles for internal and external gripping, making them ideal for general purpose bowl and spigot work. They are also the modular carrier jaws for the full range of quick-change VersaLock insert jaws, allowing you to add even more versatility to your turning with the speed and ease the VersaLock range offers.

VersaLock 35mm Long Dovetail Jaw Inserts

Ideal for smaller spigots and recesses, these Long Dovetail Jaw Inserts are incredibly versatile. The length of the jaws offers increased holding power on spigots and gives good access to the rear of workpieces when used in expansion mode. The 10 mm central bore is designed for holding small spigots, making them the ideal jaws for turning drawer handles, finials and other similar-sized projects.

VersaLock Small Project Jaw Inserts

These jaws are ideal for turning small, intricate items. Whether you’re crafting custom pens, tealight holders, or lidded boxes, these inserts deliver the rock-solid holding and great front to back tool access.

VersaLock 28mm Short Dovetail Jaw Inserts

These Short Dovetail Jaw Inserts are ideal for use with small workpieces, such as miniature boxes and the 13 mm central bore gives excellent support for small spigots such as those needed for decorative finials and similar projects.

VersaLock Dome Jaw Inserts

These VersaLock Dome Jaw Inserts are specifically designed to hold the smallest, most fragile work pieces, allowing you to get very close to support thin work as safely as possible. They also allow good access to work close to the base of a workpiece without the tool fouling on the jaws.

For maximum support always ensure the workpiece features a spigot long enough to be supported along the full length of the jaws’ internal surfaces.
