Description of item: Stand and base made from stainless steel with a satin finish.

The ham is secured in place with one screw in the ring (ø80mm). The ring allows the ham to be rotated providing easy access to every piece of meat.

The HENDI Ham holder is the perfect tool for slicing Spanish ham (Jamón Serrano or Iberico) efficiently and comfortably. The holder holds the ham steady during the carving process, allowing for cutting uniform, very thin slices. The position of the ham can be easily adjusted to reach each piece of meat.
