The “Scrigno”, a precious wooden box containing the entire historical collection in the classic “Champagnotta” bottle, alongside five premium condiments with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged in single barrels of oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry and juniper.

Ingredients: Must of cooked grapes, aged wine vinegar.

Ageing: Each product ages for a different period and in specific casks.

Serving Suggestion: Each product has its own specific aromatic bouquet making the entire collection very versatile and perfect for different dishes: from raw vegetables to soft and aged cheese, from risotto to meat, dessert and fresh fruit.
