Introducing the Wheel Assembly Station

Since 2010, we have been supplying wheel rebuilders around the world with custom rim halves, hardware, valve stems, and more. Our customers range from DIY enthusiasts to professional refinishing shops. It's a small niche to be sure but the most important tool one needs has been missing from the market this entire time - a proper fixture designed and engineered specifically around the 3 piece wheel assembly process.

Features of the Wheel Station

• Extremely strong and lightweight aluminum frame
• Durable powdercoated finish
• Low noise, no play, soft rollers supporting wheels up to 17" wide
• 3 roller positions spanning 13-36" diameter wheels with quick release swing arm
• 2 side trays for hardware
• Front tray for tools and loctite
• Side hooks for torque wrench or silicone gun
• 4 holes in each corner to affix to wooden surfaces
• Optional magnetized bottom brace for metal surfaces
• Made in the USA
